As a full-time residential Realtor® with Real Estate One, Kristin specializes in the Ann Arbor area and Washtenaw County. She's lived in 6 states and moved 16 times, so she is very familiar with the relocation process and all the steps necessary for a successful move. Kristin is a summa cum laude graduate (with honors) of Indiana University and is a homeowner in Ann Arbor since 2011.

With a double-major in marketing and finance, she previously worked in the environmental and clean technology sectors in various marketing and business operations management roles. Her 20+ years of experience in pricing management, contract negotiations, bringing new products and technologies to market, implementing company-wide projects, and leading municipal bid submissions have provided her with a skill set ideal for the real estate industry. Being a Realtor® has always been a dream of hers, she absolutely loves what she does, and it shows.

Kristin is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Michigan Realtors and the Ann Arbor Board of Realtors. She has a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification and is currently working to complete her Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) certification - one of the highest achievements in the field.

When she's not running her two school-aged children around town, Kristin volunteers for Saline FC, Ann Arbor Board of Realtors Governmental Affairs and Young Professionals Network Committees & Real Estate One's Charitable Foundation. She also enjoys running 5Ks, RVing with her family, walking her dog Barkley and completing puzzles.
